Free Sizing Service

We encourage customers who are not sure about a certain ring but want to make a purchase, to have us send you the ring first. Upon arrival take a moment to inspect your beautiful new ring and then send it back to us for FREE SIZING. We provide all our customers with free sizing. If a ring is sized by us there is a 10% restocking fee if the ring is returned.

Upon request, we can custom make any ring in your desired size, if it is above or below one stock size. Inquire within. Custom making any of our rings could take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to manufacture.

Order Processing Times

We ship items Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Standard Order Processing time: 1-2 Business Days from date of cleared payment your item should leave our warehouse. While we try to get all order out next business day we will notify customer of any delay that may happen

Estimated Order Transit time: 2-8 Business Days from shipment date.

Total Estimated Delivery time: You should receive your item in a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 12 days.

Overnight orders are processed next business day.

We Ship all order using USPS & FedEx services. We will Post Tracking number directly on the Order Detail Page. The Customer is Responsible for being home or arranging Delivery. If the package is returned Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

All Packages under $200 will not have signature required.

All Packages $200+ Will require a Direct Signature.

Packages with a Value of $150 or More will not be shipped to PO box addresses. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE PAYPAL CONFIRMED VERIFIED ADDRESS.

International Customers: We will Declare the full value of the item. We will not declare as a gift. The customer is responsible for all customs fees and charges. Limor Jewelers does not take responsibility for charges cause by importing product into the customer’s country.

Payment and Checkout

PayPal Payments Must be from a verified PayPal account.

If your payment is not from a verified PayPal account, we have the right to void and cancel your order.

In the case, the incorrect address is entered during checkout we cannot make edits to the address, but we will fully refund you upon request so you can reorder with the correct address.

All international buyers must have a verified PayPal account with a confirmed shipping address.
For all other buyers without a PayPal confirmed address, we accept bank wire transfers only.

For "Buy It Now" Listing Payment is due immediately "Auction listing must be Paid within 3 business Days or Bid will be voided.

TAX & Local Pick Up

Orders must be Prepaid before Pickup.

Return Policy

We understand that from time to time the need to return an item may occur. Please read below for a detailed overview of our return policy. We will exchange defective or damaged products within the warranty period. This is usually 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Returns for refund are accepted for the first 14 days after customer received the item.

If a customer returns an item by choice, meaning not caused by defect or performance, that originally had free shipping, there will be a $6.00 fee deducted from the refund. If there were shipping charges, in this case, they will not be refunded.

Any problem with an item must be reported within warranty period.

If items are damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package or no claim will be allowed.

If you are returning an item by choice within the 14-day period, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchanges are free of cost to customer during the warranty period.

The customer is responsible on shipping of returns for refund.

Our warranty covers jewelry made of sterling silver, 10k, 14k, 18k gold, and platinum. This warranty is valid only for defects in manufacturing and is based upon our inspection and sole determination. The warranty may or may not cover replacement for missing gemstones.

Warranty Disclaimer on Gemstones

For all rubies, sapphire, emerald, diamond, tanzanite and semiprecious gemstones over 2 carts in size, the Lifetime warranty covers only labor costs in replacing the above-listed gemstones. An estimated wholesale cost for replacing the missing gemstones will be provided and repair will be done upon your approval of the charge.

Our limited Lifetime Warranty excludes repair, sizing, or cleaning performed by someone other than Limor Jewelers and excludes damage done by excessive wear and tear, accidental abuse and loss or theft.
